Meet "CAPARICA HILLS", ODEON's newest investment by the beach

The project "Caparica Hills" is located in direct vicinity of the coastal area of Costa da Caparica in the resort of Aldeia dos Capuchos, only 15 minutes from Lisbon city centre.

The project is integrated in a resort community with a 9-hole golf course, an InterContinental hotel and a spa & wellness centre, all in operation.

Covering 11 hectares and a total of 46.450 m2 construction area, the project will include 38 villas, 66 semi-detached houses and 210 apartments in 18 residential buildings offering rooftop with pool and leisure areas.
